The hotel has a beautiful location surrounded by stunning mountains and a charming atmosphere reminiscent of the 40s and 50s. The rooms were quite spacious but the lack of enough beds for our group was a downside. While the staff showed great attention to detail in serving food, there were some issues with cleanliness during breakfast. Overall, the price felt reasonable for what we got, despite some minor issues.
Rooms

The rooms were spacious, but there were only two Queen beds which felt too small for our party of four.
Service

The service was reasonably friendly overall, though I did witness a staff member yelling during breakfast which was quite unsettling.

The location is absolutely stunning, surrounded by snow-capped mountains, and the ambiance is delightful, with romantic lanterns adding to the charm.
Dining

The dining experience was a bit disappointing; dirty dishes were used and it seemed like the same stale bread and reheated pancakes appeared on multiple days.
Facilities

I had a unique experience at this hotel, which is set in a rather unusual location, surrounded by an abandoned development project. The rooms were lovely and spacious, but the service could have been better, especially with some minor issues in breakfast preparation. On the bright side, the views next to the lake were absolutely stunning, and the hotel felt like an oasis despite its surroundings.
Rooms

The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, divided across two kasbah-style buildings. They were very comfortable and a pleasure to stay in.
Service

The staff were generally friendly and attentive, but there was a hiccup with their coffee-making skills, especially with cappuccinos. Breakfast and dinner were delicious, which was a highlight.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and while it has some fantastic features like spacious rooms and friendly staff, I found the dining options to be quite disappointing. The location is a bit odd, being far from town, but the overall atmosphere is really nice. It's a unique oasis in the desert, though not without its challenges.

I found the hotel to be an unusual oasis in the middle of a desolate development project. While the rooms were large and clean, the overall decor felt a bit cluttered and not quite right. The service was friendly and helpful, really adding to the experience, but the location is definitely odd, making it seem somewhat ghostly. Dining could use a lot of improvement, particularly with breakfast options, which fell short of expectations.

The hotel is a bit isolated but offers a unique oasis feel. The rooms are spacious and comfortably decorated, although some might find the layout a tad quirky. The service was genuinely attentive and great, especially accommodating to special dietary needs. Unfortunately, the dining experience left a lot to be desired with unappetizing food options. Overall, it has its charms but also significant drawbacks, especially in dining.

Dining could have been better, as breakfast was lacking some expected options, but overall the hotel offered good value for money.
